Specification:
The tester is designed and manufactured according to EN868-5 " Packaging materials and systems for medical devices which are to be sterilized - Part 5: Heat and self-sealable pouches and reels of paper and plastic film construction --Requirements and test methods", It is used for determining the strength of the heat seal joint for pouches and reel materil.
It consists of PLC, touch screen, transmission unit, step motor, sensor, jaw, printer, etc. Operators can choose the needed option, set each parameter, and start the test on the touch screen, the tester can record the maximum and average heat seal strength and form the curve of the heat seal strength of each test piece in N per 15mm Width ,the built -in printer can print the test report
